Trendhopper works inside Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and any app that supports the Model Context Protocol. Check your content calendar, plan ideas, write and edit articles, schedule and publish, all by asking.
Server URL (Streamable HTTP)
https://mcp.trendhopper.ai/mcp
You need a Trendhopper account with at least one blog. Start free. Writing articles and publishing need an active plan, and count against it exactly as in the app.
Open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, paste the server URL and click Connect. Claude opens trendhopper.ai, where you sign in and approve access (optionally read-only). On Team and Enterprise plans an owner adds the connector for the organization first.
https://mcp.trendhopper.ai/mcpAdd the server, then run /mcp in Claude Code to sign in with your browser:
claude mcp add --transport http trendhopper https://mcp.trendhopper.ai/mcpOn ChatGPT on the web open Plugins, select + then Add custom MCP server. Name it Trendhopper, paste the URL under Connection, choose OAuth, accept the risk notice and select Create as a plugin. Install it, approve access on trendhopper.ai, then type @Trendhopper in a chat. In Business, Enterprise and Edu workspaces an admin may need to allow custom MCP servers first.
https://mcp.trendhopper.ai/mcpAdd to Cursor or put this in ~/.cursor/mcp.json (all projects) or .cursor/mcp.json (one project). Cursor asks you to sign in to Trendhopper the first time it uses the server.

Use transport Streamable HTTP with the server URL. Clients that support MCP authorization discover the OAuth server automatically; otherwise send a personal access token from Settings → AI agents as Authorization: Bearer thp_....

OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. You sign in on trendhopper.ai and see which app is asking and what it may do. Tick Read-only access to let it look but not change anything.
Your data only. An agent acts as you and sees only your blogs. Connected apps and personal tokens are listed under Settings → AI agents, where you can disconnect them at any time.
Asks before anything irreversible. Publishing, deleting and rewriting need an explicit confirmation, and every change goes through the same plan limits and daily quotas as the app. Agents never charge you; billing tools only return links for you to open.
